• Content you submit: photos, videos, captions, and any embedded data (metadata). If you submit footage that includes other people, you’re responsible for having the right to share it.
• Device & usage data: IP address, device type, app version, pages/screens viewed, time stamps, and identifiers such as a device or advertising ID (for example, Roku’s advertising identifier).
• Cookies & similar tech (web): small files that help us remember settings, measure traffic, and improve the site.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the channel and websites.
• Publish and showcase community content and event coverage.
• Communicate with you (for example, replies, updates, or service notices).
• Protect our Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• Measure performance and understand what people watch/read.

If you submit content, you understand it may be reviewed, edited for length/clarity, and published across our Services and social channels. Do not submit content you don’t have rights to share or that includes private information without consent.
